For the second time in less than a week, America has experienced another gunman’s deadly rampage. 


Mass killings are defined as four or more dead, not including the shooter if they are killed -- Monday’s attack in Boulder, Colorado at King Soopers, a local supermarket, was the 103rd mass killing in the United States this year (April 2020).
